warm and comforting
to eat, so: This hodgepodge stew.

Staple breakfast: dosa, tomato-dill chutney, ghee, and iced chai with soy milk.

What mush can turn into such beauty? Spinch and broccoli soup in all its stages.

A makeshift recipe of lasagna di verdure that I just could not and would not stop making.

The site of one of my favorite food memories.

Honorary mention to food that I have not cooked, the many delicacies of Muniyandi Vilas, a constant respite of so many years and years. Unpictured is their chai that Z so dearly loves to have (and gets packed in a flask each time we go).

An eternal meal: dal, rice, chutney podi, and 2% fat greek yogurt.
Chickpea stew!!!!! One of my favorite things to make, favorite things to eat. Never not delicious.
Unhealthy meals in red: Marinara pasta, Masala Maggi, Aglio e Olio.
